Independent trustee firm the PAN Group has appointed Mike Roberts to its board.
Roberts (pictured) joined the company on 1 January as a director and as an independent trustee for both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.
Prior to joining PAN Group, Roberts was president of Buck Consultants’ worldwide operations and led the worldwide consulting business from the New York headquarters since 2010. Before that he was managing director of Buck’s UK operation.
At Pan, Roberts will establish the firm’s Manchester office and develop its client base in the North of England and Scotland. He will also work with clients across the UK and internationally.
He sits on the board alongside Andrew Cheeseman, Steve Delo, Roger Mattingly, Charles Goddard and Graham Robilliard.
